Because each item is made to order, we accept returns only for:
- Misprints / damaged items — free replacement or full refund. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
- Wrong item received
Personalized items (with names/photos) cannot be returned unless defective.
To start a return, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
